As the CEO of WeFund Ayelet brings the experience of a senior executive and a growth creator to startups seeking for investments and commercialization. Ayelet is experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions from both sides as a CEO of a company that was acquired by the leading insurance company in Israel as well as leading several M&As as the acquiring company.
Ayelet brings 17 years of managerial experience of which 12 years in executive business management, leading strategic business processes, strategic alliances & growth, leading performance and productivity improvements, achieving significant profits in all profit levels (direct, operational, EBITDA). Ayelet brings vast expertise in P&L management in both crisis and rapid growth periods, business development expertise including developing new products and new markets and rich experience in performing reforms and creating breakthroughs to the company value.
Ayelet Holds a B. A. in economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, an M.B.A. from the College of Management (Cum Laude).
Eyal served in the Israeli navy for 23 years (Navy Commander, retired), in operational, technological and intelligence duties.
Eyal served for 5 more years as the head of a division (intelligence) at the prime minister office (Civilian rank equal to Rear Admiral).
Eyal holds the Israel’s security award, prime minister’s decoration of excellence, DDR&D decoration of excellence, and IDF commander in chief decoration of excellence.
Eyal holds a bachelor’s degree with honor in electronics engineering, Master’s degrees with honor in International Relationships and in Organizational Development, and a PhD (Cum-Laude) at the Bar-Ilan university.
Orly Roah is a senior Strategic & financial counsel, she holds an MA in Business Management and an MA in Law, Orly over 20 years of management, consulting, strategy and corporate recovery experience, including internal auditing and financial auditing. Orly is a graduate of Analyst and Valuation Program at Bar Ilan University. She is an expert in process improvements and in leading teams to streamline efficiency while building customized tools, goals and human capital efficiency that lead to a high level of productivity and an increase in profitability. This combination of her business, financial and strategic experience in companies with specialization in the business world enables her to provide integrative business solutions, Integration of management, productivity management, technological solutions and creation of cooperation of employees towards implementation.
Orlit brings over 25 years of experience in global HR management including employee & organization life cycle in start-ups and known international companies in various sectors.
Orlit specializes in establishing organizational processes to achieve goals, based on advanced methods. She specializes in strategic planning and structured processes, managing and leveraging human capital and leading organizations for growth, excellence & business success.
Orlit is an experienced expert in M&A and integration processes (experienced on both sides), in multinational organizations.
